Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is faulty or damaged upon delivery. If your item meets the above criteria, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include a description of the issue along with photographic evidence.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that refunds will not be issued for size-related issues, including:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Fit dissatisfaction

  • Change of mind related to sizing

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at SubDubSupply@gmail.com with your order number and details of the fault or damage.

  2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method if it meets the return criteria.

Additional Information

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
